Required Qualifications:
Professional registration as a Project Manager with SACPCMP (essential).
Experience and Skills:
4-5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Sound knowledge of South African building contracts (JBCC, FIDIC).
Ability to interpret construction drawings, programs, and specifications.
Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and compliance.
Skilled in MS Project, Excel, and project documentation platforms.
Excellent time management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Comfortable working with modern construction technology, including AI-assisted tools, digital dashboards, and data-driven reporting platforms to enhance project planning and decision-making.
